This year is a little different as we continue to face the challenges of Coronavirus, with most of us having greatly adjusted to a new way of life. In lockdown gardens and outdoor spaces have been a saving grace. Many of our Dickins homes have lovely gardens and here are some of our most loved by guests.

This lovely two bedroom home welcomes you into the much loved Morningside, located close to the city centre with great amenities nearby. Within the home is a shared back garden which is accessed via the patio doors from the dining kitchen.

Homes don’t come much more charming and homely than this flat in Carlton Street in Stockbridge. You walk down steps from this beautiful Georgian street into your private patio garden which is so pretty it wouldn’t look out of place in the Chelsea Flower Show. It catches the sun and is the perfect place for sitting having breakfast or catching up with a good book.

Fans of stunning interiors are going to absolutely love this special two bedroom home on London Street. Every single thing has been considered and executed to the very highest standard, including the private garden. A door leads from the kitchen to the beautifully landscaped garden. There are two seating areas and a table, making a lovely addition on a bright day.

This three bedroom family home in the New Town has been recently refurbished and guests always love their time here. You walk down some steps to the front door, entering on the upper floor. The star of the show in this wonderful home is the fabulous large dining kitchen. With double doors leading onto a private patio and beyond to the shared gardens, it is a standout space.

Randolph Cliff

Randolph Cliff lies in an amazing setting at the start of Thomas Telford’s Dean Bridge and is the last house before the bridge. With some of the finest views over, and under, Edinburgh you’ll ever see! Double doors lead from the kitchen onto the terraced garden which has amazing views.
