Inverleith Park is a great spot to watch the fireworks from too.

As Dickins homes are self catering, you can still cook up a feast, or try one of the city’s Best Christmas Day Lunches. Both of these homes are located in the Marchmont/Brunstfield area, giving guests the opportunity to live like a local with many independent shops and a village atmosphere. Only a  25 minute walk to Princes Street.

Guests absolutely love staying here. With a view of Edinburgh Castle from the Kitchen, the family won’t even need to leave home on Hogmanay to watch the spectacular fireworks!

Northumberland Street South East Lane

Tucked away privately on a cobbled lane behind Northumberland Street, this spacious flat is perfect to welcome a family. And as you can see, the kitchen would make for a perfect Christmas family feast!

Look out of the window and you will see Arthur’s Seat! Recently refurbished by it’s caring owners, this is a lovely quiet home from home where you can wake up to the sound of birdsong with Arthur’s Seat on your doorstep. Our East Parkside home comfortably sleeps 4 and has parking access.

Marchmont Street

This lovely two bedroom home is in a brilliant location on Marchmont Street which is seconds away from The Meadows. The Meadows is Edinburgh’s favourite green space and is a great place to watch the fireworks from Edinburgh Castle.
