We inspect our apartments ourselves to make sure they’re all of a high standard, and we can assure you that you will pay less than a hotel of the equivalent standard. We’ll also give you a discount the longer you stay: if you stay 4 weeks or more we’ll give you 20% off and if you stay 10 weeks or more we’ll give you 25% off!

Convenience

As being able to connect to the Internet is pretty essential today, all our properties have Wi-Fi without any extra charges. That means you can work from the apartment or even have meetings there. All our kitchens are fully equipped, which will be very handy especially if you’re in town for a bit longer.

Peace and quiet

All of our apartments are located in central Edinburgh, so going to meetings or meeting clients won’t be a hassle. If your appointment is outside the city centre there are great public transport connections that will get you wherever you need in a whizz. You’ll also have an abundance of cafes, restaurants, parks and other entertainment on your doorstep to enjoy.

You can stay with us from three nights up to six months – it’s entirely up to you. If you’re not sure exactly how long you’ll be staying, don’t worry. As long as the property you’re staying in is available for the period you need it, you’ll be able to extend your stay to suit you.
