We think the best part is the private garden next to a quiet and leafy street – perfect for a glass of wine on a summer evening!

Rock House

The house is decorated to a very high standard by internationally renowned interior designer Jonathan Reed. Everything about Rock House oozes history whilst still feeling like a home you’ll never want to leave. The house sleeps 8 – you’ve got two double and two twin bedrooms. Oh and did we mention the beautiful private garden at the back, overlooked by the Dugald Stewart Monument? It feels very private, yet it’s only a few minutes’ walk from Princes Street.

Hi, I am an student studying in U of Edinburgh. I am interested in renting the flat at Buccleuch Place. How much is it per month? Plus would that be possible to rent for the whole summer from June until mid September? Thank You!
