Great Stuart Street is a wonderful location towards to the West side of the Georgian New Town, Princes Street is less than a five minute walk away and so the range of restaurants, cafe, bars and shops on your doorstep is endless and there are so many brilliant things to do too. In the Festival The Book Festival in Charlotte Street is just around the corner and the Usher Hall and Lyceum are a short walk away as is the Grassmarket. Plus you have the bonus of not having to walk up lots of New Town hills!

This is an absolutely beautiful purpose built Georgian apartment with stunningly high ceilings, architectural details, huge rooms and the most incredible views over Edinburgh you're ever likely to see. As it has windows on three sides, when the sun shines it streams into the apartment, flooding it with light as it was the day we took our photos.

This is the owner's Edinburgh home and they have a great sense of style. As a guest you'll benefit from all the added comforts a true home offers. All the rooms lead of a lovely central hallway. The sitting room has squishily comfortable sofas, interesting books and objects and lovely art. It leads off the hallway and also connects through a door to the dreamy kitchen which has a huge island and a dining table by a large window giving you the most incredible views across the Water of Leith, Stockbridge, The Botanics and beyond to Fife. The owner's love cooking, so it's very well equipped for dining at home.

There are three double bedrooms and they all have comfy beds, lovely linens, gorgeous views and perhaps a desk looking out over the rooftops, or a sofa with a pile of interesting magazines and there's great modern artwork throughout. The bathroom is dreamy for anyone who likes to take a bath with beautiful views and a fantastic roll top bath in which to close the door on the world and relax. The shower room is great too with a quality shower.

We love this home and are sure that any guests who stay here are going to absolutely love it too. In terms of Georgian Edinburgh apartments, it's one of the best we've ever seen.

Over the Edinburgh Festival a whole month booking is preferred in this property.
