The Stockbridge Colonies are very popular. It's a charming community of cottages with pretty front gardens in a great location sitting in between Stockbridge and the New Town. All the brilliant local shops, restaurants, cafes and bars in Stockbridge are a couple of minutes walk away. There's a great Sunday market there too. The Water of Leith runs along the back of the Colonies and The Botanics and Inverleith Park are nearby too.

This lovely home has its own front door on the ground floor. There's a charming little front garden with a table and chairs. The double bedroom is quiet and spacious with lots of hanging space. The shower room has been recently refurbished and has a good quality shower. The sitting room has a wood burning stove, comfy seating and a dining table to seat 4. There are pretty views out of the window. There is a small kitchen located off the sitting room. It's well equipped for dining at home and making the most of the great local food shops in Stockbridge.

This home is dog friendly and it has a cot and a high chair for babies.

This is a place where you'll feel right at home, in a wonderful location and in a lovely community.
