Quartermile at Simpson Loan is the most sought after, luxury development in Edinburgh. It's right in the centre of the city with The Meadows on one side and The Old Town on the other, so most of Edinburgh's major attractions like The Castle, The National Museum of Scotland and The Royal Mile are a short walk away. The development is well served with a small supermarket, Soderberg bakery and cafe with those cardamom buns we can't resist, Tribe Yoga and Pure Gym and just beyond the development you'll find the restaurants Union of Genius, Civerino's and Ondine plus a host of other great places to eat and drink. During the Edinburgh Festival this is THE place to stay as all the main venues are in the area.


This lovely home is on the third floor of one the modern blocks. There's lift access and a secure parking space too which is a real bonus. The open plan living room and kitchen has a wall of glass with attractive open views over the development. There's a comfy sofa, a TV with Sky channels, a dining table to seat 4 and the modern kitchen is well equipped for dining at home too. 


The attractive double bedroom is a quiet and spacious room with plenty of storage space for clothes and there's a stylish well-finished bathroom with a shower over the bath. There's a washer/dryer in the hall cupboard. 


This home has a parking space and the cost for the parking is £75/week. This cost is NOT included in the rental figure our website calculates - it is an additional cost. If you are booking for between 4 and 10 weeks, the parking will cost £60/week and £56.25/week if you are staying for 10 weeks or longer. Please mention if you would like to book parking at the time of booking.

Dickins Cancellation Policy

24 hour cool-off period: Providing you book more than fourteen days before the start of your stay, you can cancel your booking within 24 hours of making it and we will refund 100% of any charges.

Cancelling after the booking is confirmed: Once a confirmation of booking has been issued to you via email by Dickins, you are responsible for the total price detailed. If you need to cancel, Dickins will try to relet the period for you and if they are successful, you will be reimbursed with the value of the relet less a £75 + VAT reletting charge and any associated housekeeping costs. If they are not able to relet the period, you will be responsible for the full rental cost. It is a good idea to make sure you have travel insurance which covers cancellation.
