Hillside Crescent is an uber stylish four bedroom apartment on the lower ground floor, which is located in the heart of the East New Town. Minutes from the hustle and bustle of the city centre, it is ideally located for shops, restaurants and all the Edinburgh Festival has to offer. There is a very good reliable bus service on London Road which will take you directly onto Princes Street as well as to the Old Town and Royal Mile.


The apartment itself is relaxed and welcoming and offers four good sized bedrooms (two at the front of the apartment and two at the back). These comprise of three double rooms with one also accommodating a bunk bed. The pretty master bedroom benefits from a jack & jill ensuite bathroom with bath and shower. There is also a separate shower room with WC. The internal kitchen is fully equipped for your needs including a microwave, oven, electric hob, washing machine and tumble dryer.


Towards the back of the apartment is the gorgeous, bright sitting room which has two comfortable sofas with fun union jack accents. There is also a TV with freeview channels and WIFI broadband for guests use too. Just off the sitting is located one of the bedrooms which has the bunk beds, as well as a spacious dining room. This apartment also benefits from a large private patio area.

Dickins Cancellation Policy

24 hour cool-off period: Providing you book more than fourteen days before the start of your stay, you can cancel your booking within 24 hours of making it and we will refund 100% of any charges.

Cancelling after the booking is confirmed: Once a confirmation of booking has been issued to you via email by Dickins, you are responsible for the total price detailed. If you need to cancel, Dickins will try to relet the period for you and if they are successful, you will be reimbursed with the value of the relet less a £75 + VAT reletting charge and any associated housekeeping costs. If they are not able to relet the period, you will be responsible for the full rental cost. It is a good idea to make sure you have travel insurance which covers cancellation.
