This impressive apartment is beautifully presented by the lovely owner. Located on the first floor, the ceilings are high, the rooms wonderfully large and there are fine architectural details throughout. The rooms lead off a large hallway.

The sitting room feels comfortable and glamorous, with two large windows, lots of comfy seating for friends and family. The single bedroom which is bright green and charming is located off the sitting room. The dining kitchen is an absolutely lovely, well-equipped room with a dining table underneath the window and leafy views outside. It is very well equipped for dining at home.

There are two further double bedrooms, the master bedroom is located at the back of the apartment and has a dressing room and an ensuite shower room. There is also a bright, huge double bedroom at the front of the apartment. The lovely family bathroom has a shower over the bath.&

The Neighbourhood

The location is fantastically central as Princes Street, Haymarket and Fountainbridge are all a very close by. The tram glides past around the corner and M&S Simply Food is a very short walk away at Haymarket Station. There are excellent local restaurants on Dalry Road and Morrison Street too. You'll find boutiques and good pubs on William Street. This location is also great for the Edinburgh International Conference Centre.

Your New Neighbourhood

Edinburgh’s West End and Dean is a popular, smart area. Running West from Queensferry Street to Magdala Crescent and North from Buckingham Terrace and Belgrave Crescent across the Dean Bridge to Shandwick Place in the South.

The Victorians created the West End and aimed to make it bigger and grander than the Georgian New Town. The streets are wide and the stone buildings enormous with huge high ceilings. The wide crescents often have private gardens in the middle and the area feels elegant and opulent. Princes Street can be easily reached on foot and Haymarket Station and the trams are close by too.
