If you love history but prefer your home to be contemporary, this is the ideal apartment for you. Located in the heart of Edinburgh's Old Town, you can see Canongate Kirk out of the sitting room window and the Burn's Memorial and Royal High School too. So you have an absolute sense of Edinburgh's rich history all around you but contemporary ease at home. During the Edinburgh Festival, the location of this apartment is hard to beat.

The apartment has secure parking underneath the building, which is an absolute bonus in such a central location. In the sitting room there's plenty of comfy seating, a TV with freeview and a good selection of books. There are two double bedrooms with built in storage and a family bathroom with a shower over the bath. Wifi is available for guests too. 


This self catering apartment is available for holiday lets, short term and corporate lets, city and weekend breaks and as Edinburgh Festival accommodation.

There are currently building works going on opposite the apartment, but it does not affect the bedrooms which are on the other side of the apartment.

Over the Festival a whole month booking is preferred in this property.


Dickins Cancellation Policy

24 hour cool-off period: Providing you book more than fourteen days before the start of your stay, you can cancel your booking within 24 hours of making it and we will refund 100% of any charges.

Cancelling after the booking is confirmed: Once a confirmation of booking has been issued to you via email by Dickins, you are responsible for the total price detailed. If you need to cancel, Dickins will try to relet the period for you and if they are successful, you will be reimbursed with the value of the relet less a pound;75 + VAT charge. If they are not able to relet the period, you will be responsible for the full rental cost. It may be a good idea to make sure you have travel insurance which covers cancellation.
