This fabulous apartment also has a fabulous location on South Charlotte Street which is less than a minute from Princes Street. It overlooks beautiful Charlotte Square. There's a wealth of things to do on the doorstep and highlights include shopping and dining on George Street - the beautiful Principal Hotel is a couple of doors away and perfect for a coffee or cocktail in very stylish surroundings. You can walk everywhere from here and the tram is close by too.


We love this home on South Charlotte Street - there's a beguiling, luxurious sense of seductive fun about it. The sitting room is a space you'll want to linger in as there are four windows looking onto Charlotte Square,  three comfy sofas, a huge TV with Netflix and a dining table to seat 6 comfortably. Both bedrooms are located at the back of the building and so they are quiet and there's secondary glazing too. Both bedrooms have fantastic quality linens so you'll get a great night's sleep. The master bedroom is sensual and very spacious with lots of storage, a super king size bed and a large TV as well as an ensuite shower room. The second double bedroom is also lovely and has a super king size bed, a TV and lots of storage. The family bathroom is sleek and stylish with a shower over the bath and the kitchen is well equipped for dining at home - although with the range of restaurants on the doorstep, you'll probably be tempted to eat out. 


This home has a secure garage just around the corner - amazing for this central location. The cost for the parking is £75/week. This cost is NOT included in the rental figure our website calculates - it is an additional cost. If you are booking for between 4 and 10 weeks, the parking will cost £60/week and £56.25/week if you are staying for 10 weeks or longer. Please mention if you would like to book parking at the time of booking.

This home has a parking space and the cost for the parking is £75/week. This cost is NOT included in the rental figure our website calculates - it is an additional cost. If you are booking for between 4 and 10 weeks, the parking will cost £60/week and £56.25/week if you are staying for 10 weeks or longer. Please mention if you would like to book parking at the time of booking.

The bed in the second bedroom is normal set up as a super king but it can be made into a twin bed for longer stays. It is made up continental style with two single duvets. Please let our reservations team know which way you would like to them to be set up during your stay.

Dickins Cancellation Policy

24 hour cool-off period: Providing you book more than fourteen days before the start of your stay, you can cancel your booking within 24 hours of making it and we will refund 100% of any charges.

Cancelling after the booking is confirmed: Once a confirmation of booking has been issued to you via email by Dickins, you are responsible for the total price detailed. If you need to cancel, Dickins will try to relet the period for you and if they are successful, you will be reimbursed with the value of the relet less a £75 + VAT reletting charge and any associated housekeeping costs. If they are not able to relet the period, you will be responsible for the full rental cost. It is a good idea to make sure you have travel insurance which covers cancellation.
