Brimming with wow factor and with views to die for, huge rooms dripping with chandeliers and fine architectural details, this three bedroom, three bathroom home on Eglinton Crescent is a dream home from home. 


Eglinton Crescent is one of Edinburgh smartest Victorian streets and it's located in the elegant West End. Haymarket train station and tram stop is a few minutes walk away and there's a Marks and Spencer Food shop there too. Grams, Edinburgh's amazing raw food cafe and one of our absolute faves is just around the corner. It's an easy stroll of the Gallery of Modern Art and Princes Street is short walk too.


You'll feel excited as soon as you step through the front door. The apartment is on the second floor and is over two floors. The dining kitchen is a dream, with all the latest gadgets and amazing open views. The sitting room is another fabulous room. It's enormous with beautiful high ceilings and fine architectural details. There are three comfy sofas and also a dining table and further seating area. You can sit and gaze at St Mary's Cathedral and The Pentlands. There's also a TV snug with comfy seating, a utility room and a shower room on this lower level.


Upstairs the master bedroom suite will cause delight. There's a stunning sleigh bed, a huge walk in dressing room and an ensuite shower room. There are two further lovely and large double bedrooms on this floor. The family bathroom is stunning with a free standing bath in the middle of the room and a separate shower and more stunning views. What a place to take a long luxurious bath!


Eglinton Crescent is a dream home from home. You might never want to leave!


This self catering home is available for holiday lets, short term and corporate lets, city and weekend breaks and as Edinburgh Festival accommodation.

Home Truths

This home is on the top floor and there is no lift. The views are worth the climb though!

Dickins Cancellation Policy

24 hour cool-off period: Providing you book more than fourteen days before the start of your stay, you can cancel your booking within 24 hours of making it and we will refund 100% of any charges.

Cancelling after the booking is confirmed: Once a confirmation of booking has been issued to you via email by Dickins, you are responsible for the total price detailed. If you need to cancel, Dickins will try to relet the period for you and if they are successful, you will be reimbursed with the value of the relet less a pound;75 + VAT charge. If they are not able to relet the period, you will be responsible for the full rental cost. It may be a good idea to make sure you have travel insurance which covers cancellation.
