East Parkside is a quiet development tucked away by Arthur's Seat so it's perfect for anyone who likes to get out and about and the Commonwealth Pool is across the road too. Local shopping and restaurants are available in The Pleasance and on Clerk Street which is a short walk away. Edinburgh University is close by and during the Edinburgh Festival the location is hard to beat as all the major venues are a close walk away. The apartment benefits from access to one parking space.  


Recently refurbished by it's caring owners, this is a lovely quiet home from home where you can wake up to the sound of birdsong. The living room is a comfortable room with large windows where you can see Arthur's Seat. There are two comfy sofas and a dining table to seat four. The well-equipped kitchen is located off the sitting room. The double bedroom is located at the back of the building and is lovely and quiet. There's a memory foam mattress and great quality bedding, so you'll get a great night's sleep. The shower room is new and you'll find good quality bathing products for your use. 


This home has a parking space and the cost for the parking is £75/week. This cost is NOT included in the rental figure our website calculates - it is an additional cost. If you are booking for between 4 and 10 weeks, the parking will cost £60/week and £56.25/week if you are staying for 10 weeks or longer. Please mention if you would like to book parking at the time of booking. If you do not book the parking at the time you make the booking, we cannot guarantee that it will be available.

The bed is very comfortable but quite low to the ground and may cause issues for someone with mobility issues or bad knees.

24 hour cool-off period: Providing you book more than fourteen days before the start of your stay, you can cancel your booking within 24 hours of making it and we will refund 100% of any charges.

Cancelling after the booking is confirmed: Once a confirmation of booking has been issued to you via email by Dickins, you are responsible for the total price detailed. If you need to cancel, Dickins will try to relet the period for you and if they are successful, you will be reimbursed with the value of the relet less a £75 + VAT charge. If they are not able to relet the period, you will be responsible for the full rental cost. It may be a good idea to make sure you have travel insurance which covers cancellation.
