About The Space
There's a great vibe about this cracking two bedroom Hart Street home. With its own front door, it feels cocooning, cosy and cool. What a great combination! All recently done up, the star of the show is the stylish open plan living space with its dark blue panelling. Here you'll find comfy sofas to relax in by the smart TV. The kitchen is cool with an Everhot range built into the island. There are great local food shops in the neighbourhood and the kitchen is well equipped for cooking and eating at home. There's a lovely circular dining table. Doors lead to the private garden area which in turn leads to a much larger shared garden - an absolute bonus in such a central location.
There are two bedrooms. The master bedroom has a superking bed, plantation shutters and a walk in closet. Opposite is the smaller double bedroom, also with plantation shutters. The family bathroom is fabulous with an excellent shower as well as a bath tub to relax in. There's a small utility room off the hallway.
This home is dog friendly. Woof woof!

Hart Street is a brilliant location. It's a quiet, pretty Georgian Street, yet just a minute away from brilliant Broughton Street which has a superb range of local foodshops, cafes, bars, boutiques and restaurants. And yet you're so central here. The tram stop on York Place is a couple of minutes away. St Andrew Square with Harvey Nichols and top restaurants like Dishoom, The Ivy and Gaucho is a very short walk as it Princes Street.
This is a dog friendly home. Dogs are welcome with owners who are going to be taking their dogs with them when they go out but we're afraid we can't accept dogs who are going to be regularly left at home whilst the owners, for example go to work, as our experience is that damage is caused in this scenario. An additional £30/week charge is made for each dog and a larger damage deposit will be taken to cover any breakages/damages or extra cleaning which is required.

East New Town & Hillside
The East New Town and Hillside area is where it’s at. Running from Scotland Street in the West to Broughton Road in the North, Lower London Road in the East and Regent Terrace in the South. Local resident, Peter Irvine, of Edinburgh’s Hogmanay fame christened the area The East Village.
The highpoint, literally, of the area is Calton Hill. A walk up here is rewarded to magnificent views across the whole of the city and photo opportunities abound on Calton Hill. The National Monument is much climbed and the Nelson Monument was built to look like Nelson’s upturned telescope. The City Observatory is now the home of the Collective Gallery and there’s a cute café there too. Calton Hill is an incredible place to watch the fireworks, The Beltane Festival held there on 30th April is very popular and an enormous torchlight procession on 30th December culminates on the Hill.Read More
