About The Home


Sunny and warm, this home is located on the first floor of a traditional building on Great Junction Street in Leith.Decoratedin pale shades and comfortably furnished, in the main living space you'll find two comfy sofas, a smart TV and a gas fire. There's a dining table in the bay window. This is a lovely sunny spot and perfect for watching the world go by. The white gloss kitchen was recently installed and you'll find it's well equipped for cooking at home and making the most of some excellent local food shops along the street. There's a dishwasher, microwave and air fryer.


There are two bedrooms, both quietly situated at the back of the apartment. The master bedroom is a large room with a kingsize bed and plenty of storage. The second bedroom has a small double bed and a desk space. This home is licensed for 3 guests. The shower room completes this lovely home.

The Neighbourhood


Leith is a brilliant, traditional Edinburgh neighbourhood. There's a buzz about Leith and in recent years it's seen a huge influx of fine dining restaurants. Now many of the most exciting restaurants in the city are located here. You'll find treasures like Ardfern, Duthchas, Razzo Pizza and The Pastry Section within a couple of minutes of this home and then on The Shore, there's Barry's Fish, Tom Kitchen and Martin Wishart. There are also great bars and our new favourites Brown's of Leith and Dogstar.


There's a Lidl around the corner and two excellent traditional butcher's on Great Junction Street, Bowman's and Andersons.


The tram stops in Leith and it's a best way to glide into central Edinburgh. Lots of buses are available locally too.


There are lovely local walks along the Water of Leith.
