Situated in one of the original buildings, this ground floor apartment has the perfect layout and is immaculately dressed in soothing shades of white, grey and blue. There's a Scandi sense of hygge everywhere with sofas to curl up in and sheepskin rugs. The inviting living space is double height and is decorated in white. There are plantation style shutters on the huge windows and solid oak flooring. There's a lovely airy feeling of luxury about the space.

The kitchen is sleek, grey and white with Siemens appliances, a Dualit toaster and kettle and an induction hob. The sofas are pale, large, very comfortable and piled high with sheepskin cushions. The dining table seats 4. Above the kitchen area, there is a mezzanine study with a desk and chair while on the lower level there is a stylish double bedroom with lots of hanging space and a slick family bathroom with a shower over the bath.

A modern oak staircase leads to the upper floor, where as well as finding the mezzanine study area, you will also find the luxurious master suite. The super kingsize bed is made up with great quality bedding so you're going to have a great night's sleep and there is a walk-in closet of your dreams! A slick ensuite shower room completes the home beautifully.

Whilst every effort is made to keep inconvenience to residents at an absolute minimum, there are buildings within the Quartermile development which are being developed and you can occasionally hear building noise.


Dickins Cancellation Policy
24 hour cool-off period:
Providing you book more than fourteen days before the start of your stay, you can cancel your booking within 24 hours of making it and we will refund 100% of any charges.

Cancelling after the booking is confirmed: Once a confirmation of booking has been issued to you via email by Dickins, you are responsible for the total price detailed. If you need to cancel, Dickins will try to relet the period for you and if they are successful, you will be reimbursed with the value of the relet less a pound;75 + VAT charge. If they are not able to relet the period, you will be responsible for the full rental cost. It may be a good idea to make sure you have travel insurance which covers cancellation.
