There are lots of super cafes, bars and restaurants including one of the best Chinese restaurants in town, 'Chop Chop' (as seen on 'Gordon Ramsey's F-Word'). For anyone attending an event at The EICC (Edinburgh International Conference Centre) it's just a 10 minute walk away. Princes Street is also within an easy walk or you can just hop on a bus or a tram, which run very regularly through Haymarket all over the city.

Whilst babies are welcome in this apartment, no baby equipment is available for guests.

The owners of this home prefers shorts lets of a month or longer. Very short bookings of less then a week can be booked up to 6 weeks in advance or further in advance where they are filling a gap between existing bookings. We do have other one bedroom homes where bookings of less then a week are always possible. Please contact us and we'll let you know which are the most suitable.

24 hour cool-off period: Providing you book more than fourteen days before the start of your stay, you can cancel your booking within 24 hours of making it and we will refund 100% of any charges.

Cancelling after the booking is confirmed: Once a confirmation of booking has been issued to you via email by Dickins, you are responsible for the total price detailed. If you need to cancel, Dickins will try to relet the period for you and if they are successful, you will be reimbursed with the value of the relet less a £75 + VAT charge. If they are not able to relet the period, you will be responsible for the full rental cost. It may be a good idea to make sure you have travel insurance which covers cancellation.

Your New Neighbourhood

With trams swishing along and trains ready to take you to places near or far, Haymarket is an area which is on the move. It runs from Haymarket Terrace in the North to the Western Approach Road in the South and from Torphichen Street in the East to Orwell Place in the West.

Haymarket Station opened in 1842 as the original terminus of the Edinburgh and Glasgow Railway, before the line was extended in 1846 through the Haymarket tunnels and Princes Street Gardens to what is now Waverley station. It’s now the capital’s second railway station. The station is the epicentre of the Haymarket area and the area around it is looking great after all the refurbishment work connected to the trams, which stop next to the station.
