Morrison Street is a great central location in Edinburgh's Fountainbridge. The Edinburgh International Conference Centre is directly opposite this home. There are several great cafes and restaurants on Morrison Street and around the area including Milk, Loudons and Shebeen. Also in the area you'll find theatres and art house cinemas. Haymarket Station where you can catch trains and the tram is a very short walk away and so is Princes Street. In the Edinburgh Festival it's easy to walk from here to The Grassmarket in less than 10 minutes. There are plenty of local supermarkets in the area too. 


With white walls and pops of colour, this third floor home has a stylish, contemporary vibe. The sitting room has a large TV, comfy seating, books and a dining table to seat 4. The newly fitted sleek kitchen has a breakfast bar and it's well-equipped for dining at home. The bedrooms both have quality white linens for comfort and a good night's sleep. The master bedroom is spacious and airy and the second double bedroom is smaller but comfortable. The bathroom is attractively decorated with metro tiles and has a good quality shower over the bath.

Home Truths

This home couldn't be more central. The master bedroom overlooks the street but there is secondary glazing. Sensitive sleepers may hear a little noise.

The second double bedroom is small and whilst the bed can be accesses from both sides there isn't a great deal of floor space.

Dickins Cancellation Policy

24 hour cool-off period: Providing you book more than fourteen days before the start of your stay, you can cancel your booking within 24 hours of making it and we will refund 100% of any charges.

Cancelling after the booking is confirmed: Once a confirmation of booking has been issued to you via email by Dickins, you are responsible for the total price detailed. If you need to cancel, Dickins will try to relet the period for you and if they are successful, you will be reimbursed with the value of the relet less a £75 + VAT reletting charge and any associated housekeeping costs. If they are not able to relet the period, you will be responsible for the full rental cost. It is a good idea to make sure you have travel insurance which covers cancellation.
