Huntly Street is a wonderful unique property in a great location in Canonmills. Step outside the front door and you have everything you require right on your doorstep. There is a large Tesco’s within minutes of the apartment, as well as some wonderful; cafes, organic food shops, restaurants and boutiques. In the mood for a stroll? Then the Royal Botanical Gardens is just a short walk as well as the Water of Leith which stretches all the way through the city to the Firth of Forth. Or if you are looking to go a little further afield you can jump on a bus right outside the apartment.

This is a distinctive, ground floor apartment, which has been newly renovated to an exceptional standard. Every thought has been taken to furnish it beautifully. As you step through the front door, into the small entrance hall, you will be surprised at what lies beyond. The sitting room with its large double aspect windows stretch up to the double height ceiling, flooding this room with light.  Furnished with a mix of the old and the new and some wonderful original artwork too this apartment has the WOW factor. The sitting room opens up into the fully equipped kitchen which has a breakfast bar for two people to sit at comfortable, as well as a real wood burning stove (wood is provided for guests use). Also, on this level is a shower room which doubles as a steam room too.

Climb the stairs to the mezzanine level and you get a fabulous view down into the sitting room. This is where the small but perfectly formed bedrooms are. There is a double and single bedroom, as well as a bathroom with bath only. Both the upstairs and downstairs bathrooms benefit from underfloor heating.

This apartment would be ideal for anyone visiting Edinburgh for the Festival in August/New Year or Easter 2017. Book today to avoid disappointment!

Both bedrooms are small but perfectly formed. They are both very comfortable but both are internal rooms, so neither has a window.
