York Place is a great central location. The tram starts here. Along the road is the Scottish National Portrait Gallery and around the corner is St Andrew Square with Harvey Nichols, Dishoom and Wagamama. Brilliant Broughton Street is a couple of minutes away too and you'll find lovely cafes, restaurants, local food shops and boutiques there. It's possible to walk everywhere in central Edinburgh from here. Waverely Station is a five minute walk away and many buses are available from the bus station on St Andrew Square.

Recently refurbished to high standards, this is an elegant home with a luxurious feel. The shared entrance hallway is smart. There are wide oak floorboards and high ceilings as well as three windows in the living space. The living space is really spacious with comfy seating, fun artwork and a dining table and chairs to seat 4. Off the living space is the new stylish navy kitchen which has a Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, induction hob and washer/dryer. The bedroom is huge with a very comfortable super kingsize bed with lovely bedding, so you'll have a great night's sleep. Next door there's a smart shower room with a lovely, large shower.

This home couldn't be more central. You are in the middle of the action with lots of bars and restaurants on your doorstep, so do expect a certain level of noise.
