Gayfield Square is a much loved square in Edinburgh's Georgian New Town and unusually the large garden in the middle is open to the public. Just across the road is the legendary deli Valvona and Crolla, making breakfast a delight. Princes Street is five minutes walk away and so is Calton Hill. Brilliant Broughton Street is just around the corner and there's a fantastic selection of restaurants around the Edinburgh Playhouse which is across the street. During the Edinburgh Festival St Andrew Square is just around the corner and all the major venues are within easy walking distance from the apartment.

Elegant and light-filled, this apartment has a wonderful vibe. The rooms have high ceilings, architectural details and a sense of style and comfort. The sitting room is a pretty bow ended room which even has a curved door (the Georgian's were clever!) There's plenty of comfy seating and lovely views across to Fife from the window. Next door the dining kitchen has a table to seat 8 comfortably and is equipped for dining at home. The master bedroom is very spacious and has an ensuite shower room. There is also an attractive twin bedroom too. The family bath has a wonderful roll top bath in the centre of the room and lots of windows. It's a bath to soak in with a book, the radio on and perhaps even a bottle of wine! There's also a utility room.

13 Gayfield Square will be a haven from the madness of the Edinburgh Festival and is a home from home you're sure to enjoy staying in.

This self catering home from home apartment is available for holiday lets and as Edinburgh Festival accommodation. During the Edinburgh Festival a whole month booking is preferred in this apartment.
