Bellevue Road is a beautifully presented one double bedroom apartment located in a quiet area in the East New Town. It's a stone's throw from Broughton Street, one of Edinburgh's most popular streets and home to some fantastic restaurants, cafes, bars, food shops and boutiques. Princes Street is just a 10 minute walk away too. There are regular buses nearby on Leith Walk which will take you directly into the city centre and beyond.


Situated in a brand new development at the end of Bellevue Road, this apartment is charmingly furnished with everything for modern living. This apartment is positioned on the second floor and has private secure parking and lift access. The open plan sitting room and kitchen is lovely and bright and has views across to Calton Hill. The kitchen is fully equipped for your needs including a dishwasher, washer/dryer and microwave, as well as a dining area to seat four people comfortably. The pretty sitting room has a comfortably sofa and arm chair with brightly coloured rug bringing a splash of colour to the room. There is a TV with freeview channels, DVD player and WIFI broadband for guests use too.


The double bedroom is situated at the back of the apartment and has a large king size bed and ample storage with a fitted wardrobe, as well as a dressing table with mirror. There is a bathroom with bath and shower too.


This self catering apartment is available for holiday lets, short term and corporate lets, city and weekend breaks and as Edinburgh Festival accommodation.

Home Truths

Dickins Cancellation Policy
24 hour cool-off period: Providing you book more than fourteen days before the start of your stay, you can cancel your booking within 24 hours of making it and we will refund 100% of any charges.

Cancelling after the booking is confirmed: Once a confirmation of booking has been issued to you via email by Dickins, you are responsible for the total price detailed. If you need to cancel, Dickins will try to relet the period for you and if they are successful, you will be reimbursed with the value of the relet less a pound;75 + VAT charge. If they are not able to relet the period, you will be responsible for the full rental cost. It may be a good idea to make sure you have travel insurance which covers cancellation.
