Hopetoun Crescent is in a brilliant central location. Much loved Broughton Street is a few minutes walk away and there are so many great local restaurants at the top of Leith Walk and around The Playhouse. The famous Italian deli, Valvona and Crolla, is just around the corner so you can buy the best coffee and fresh bread in the morning. You can walk to Princes Street and beyond very easily from here and there are loads of buses on Leith Walk. Waverley Station is 15 minutes walk away and the tram stop (trams come from the airport) on York Place is 10 minutes walk way.


With a sense of luxury, comfort and quality, this is a home you'll be delighted you booked and will instantly feel at home in. The owners, who stay here from time to time, have very high standards and have thought of everything you might need. The sitting room has three huge high windows which flood the room with light and give lovely views over the Hopetoun Crescent gardens which were the original Edinburgh botanical gardens. There are three comfy sofas and you can imagine yourself relaxing here with friends and family. In the corner of the sitting room, a spiral staircase leads to a mezzanine platform with a huge comfy L shaped sofa and large TV. There's a great selection of DVDs for cosy night's in. The large dining kitchen is next door and it's very well equipped for dining at home. There's a dining table to seat six comfortably.


The master bedroom is an attractive room with a very comfortable bed and quality linens. It has an ensuite shower room with a large shower enclosure. The lovely second bedroom is normally set up as a comfortable super king - again with quality linens - but it can also be a twin bedded room on request. There's lots of storage in both bedrooms. The family bathroom has marble tiles and a shower over the bath.


This home has two secure parking spaces with lift access to the apartment; the cost for one space is £75/week or both together will cost £100 per week. This cost is NOT included in the rental figure our website calculates - it is an additional cost. If you are booking for between 4 and 10 weeks, the parking will cost £60/week for one and £80 per week for two. If you are staying for 10 weeks or longer the cost will be £56.25 per week for one and £75 per week for two. Please mention if you would like to book parking at the time of booking.


This luxury home is delightful and because it's so comfortable and close to the city centre, you'll have a great stay here whether you're on holiday or here for longer.

The twin beds can be either set up as 2 singles or as a super kingsize. Please let our reservations team know which way you would like to them to be set up during your stay.

Dickins Cancellation Policy

24 hour cool-off period: Providing you book more than fourteen days before the start of your stay, you can cancel your booking within 24 hours of making it and we will refund 100% of any charges.

Cancelling after the booking is confirmed: Once a confirmation of booking has been issued to you via email by Dickins, you are responsible for the total price detailed. If you need to cancel, Dickins will try to relet the period for you and if they are successful, you will be reimbursed with the value of the relet less a £75 + VAT reletting charge and any associated housekeeping costs. If they are not able to relet the period, you will be responsible for the full rental cost. It is a good idea to make sure you have travel insurance which covers cancellation.
