Owned by a family of artists who also use Art House as a studio, their home is available to rent when they aren't in Edinburgh. There is a sense of style everywhere. You'll feel relaxed and at home here immediately.

The rooms flow off the large, airy and elegant hallway. The sitting room is a stunning space, with huge double windows. A lovely dining table, perfect for gathering around, sits underneath the windows and there are comfy tan leather sofas. The sitting room opens onto the kitchen and there you'll find a well equipped space for cooking at home. There's a coffee machine and a dishwasher.

The master bedroom is a huge airy room with a superking sized bed and an ensuite with a walk in shower and luxurious free standing tub. There are two further great bedrooms - one is a superking and the other is a kingsize. The family shower room has a walk in shower.

George Street for quality retail and dining &- 5 minutes

Stockbridge - for their much loved Sunday market and wonderful array of independent shops, bars and restaurants.

Galleries - Dundas Street is art gallery street and The Scottish Gallery, The Open Eye and The Fine Art Society are a minute's walk away.

The Neighbourhood

Art House is located on the perfect street, as it's home to many of Edinburgh's best galleries - The Scottish Gallery, The Fine Art Society, The Open Eye Gallery and & Gallery are all located a minute from Art House. Along Dundas Street, you'll also find a couple of local supermarkets, as well as cafes and restaurants. George Street and St Andrew Square are a short walk away and here you'll find quality retail and bars and restaurants.

The tram stops on St Andrew Square and buses travel along Dundas Street but you can walk everywhere in the centre of town from Art House.

Stockbridge is a very easy walk and you'll find wonderful independent shops, restaurants and bars there. Also, a great market on a Sunday morning. All the local shops are open then too.

It's the perfect neighbourhood for an Edinburgh home from home - and our office is literally downstairs!
