This charming little pied-a-terre on Cumberland Street is situated in the heart of Edinburgh's Georgian New Town. It's ideal for couples, anyone on a business trip or if you are just wanting to have a quiet get away. Its close proximity to local shops, restaurants, bistros, cafes, pubs and attractions means it's in a perfect spot for exploring the city. There is excellent public transport just on Dundas Street, a bus every ten minutes in both directions which takes you straight up to The Royal Mile. However, Princes Street is only a 15 minute walk away.

This cosy apartment is situated on the basement level with a small private patio area to the front. Entrance to the apartment is directly into the welcoming sitting room where there is a small TV with freeview, DVD player and WIFI broadband for anyone working during their stay. The kitchen is small but perfectly formed, with a washing machine, tumble dryer, two ring hob and a microwave convection oven for cooking. There is a good sized bathroom with shower. The pretty tranquil double bedroom is situated at the back of the apartment, which is lovely and peaceful overlooking the mews street of Cumberland St North East Lane.

This self catering apartment is available for holiday lets, short term and corporate lets, city and weekend breaks and as Edinburgh Festival accommodation.
