There is only one word that can describe this massive five bedroom apartment: impressive. Located on the corner of York Place and Dublin Street this apartment is pretty much as central as you can get but Dublin Street still manages to maintain a sense of calm away from the crowds of the Old Town and Princes Street (which is only a few minutes’ walk away). Just off York Place, Dublin Street is very central and close to the first stop of the brand new Edinburgh Tram. Harvey Nichols is just across the road and Multrees Walk is a haven of designer shopping and features Valvona and Crolla, a café famous throughout Edinburgh for their high quality produce. George Street, Princes Street and Rose Street are also only a short walk and the apartment is ideally placed for walking to all of Edinburgh’s major attractions.

As you enter into the apartment in to the large entrance hall you’ll be met by a full size pool table in the centre of the room – perfect for entertaining. The sitting room is spacious and comfortable with two three seater sofas and an armchair nestled next to the fireplace. The architectural details are most noticeable in this room thanks to the traditional fireplace and the high ceilings with beautiful cornicing.

There are a total of five bedroomsl one double bedroom, three twin rooms and a single bedroom meaning the property sleeps nine people. All of the bedrooms are a good size, have comfortable beds and plenty of storage for clothing and personal items. The kitchen is vast with modern white cupboards and a sleek marble-effect worktop. There is a large dining table to comfortably seat ten people.  This apartment also benefits from two bathrooms, both of which a bath and shower.

This self catering apartment is available for holiday lets and as Edinburgh Festival accommodation.
