44 Howe Street is a civilised home and one you'll be delighted to come home to at the end of the day. Howe Street is a lovely local Edinburgh New Town Street with boutiques, cafes and restaurants and there's a Sainsburys Local too. George Street is less then 5 minutes walk away as is popular Stockbridge, so you'll be able to enjoy the best of both worlds.

Located on the second floor, this beautiful home has a great vibe and a sense of luxury. The owners have taken a great deal of care furnishing it and there's some stunning mid century furniture and interesting bits and pieces which go to creating a lovely atmosphere. In this Georgian apartment the ceilings are high and there are large windows, pretty views, architectural details, fireplaces and polished wooden floors. The sitting room is wonderful with two windows and a sense of style. The huge sofa is so comfy you might not want to get up from it and there are mid century chairs to curl up in with a good book and a glass of wine, there's even a black leather Mastermind chair! The TV is able to stream channels and there's a record player and some records too.

The master bedroom is a lovely large room with an ensuite shower room. The second double bedroom faces the street and again is charming. The dining kitchen is well equipped for dining at home and has a dining table to seat 4 comfortably. Off the hallway, there's a bathroom with a shower and a separate loo.

If you're looking for a grown up get away apartment that you'll feel delighted to call home, 44 Howe Street is for you.

This self catering apartment is available for holiday lets, short term and corporate lets, city and weekend breaks and as Edinburgh Festival accommodation.

"Amazing - Exceeded expectations! Absolutely beautiful, spacious flat with a lovely view at the back. We loved the high ceilings and huge windows with tons of light flooding in. It was pure luxury! It was warm and modern while retaining original features and it is beautifully designed. I stared out of the kitchen window onto trees and flowers and stone walls and considered myself very lucky for finding this place". - Sandra McEnhill

Home Truths

This home is central and the street has the beautiful original cobbles, so do expect a certain level of noise.

Due to the lovely breakable objects in this home, it's unfortunately unsuitable for children under the age of eight.
