Wow is the word you'll be using when you walk into the living space of this impressive home on Queen Street. Queen Street is an elegant Georgian street and part of James Craig's original plan for Edinburgh's New Town. It runs parallel with George Street and looks over Queen Street Gardens. So, you're very central here and that means the choice of shops, restaurants, bars, cafes and things to do is enormous. The Book Festival is along the road, The Assembly Rooms are around the corner. You can walk to the Old Town in less than 15 minutes and take a bus or taxi if you need to.

Located on the first floor, which was always the grandest floor in Georgian townhouses, this space was designed to impress and it still does. The main living space is amazing. The ceilings are sky high and there are three beautiful windows flooding the room with light. The kitchen is Scandinavian style and on trend, there's a dining table to seat four and lots of comfy seating. The walls are pale grey, the floors wooden and the whole environment stylish and luxurious.

The bedrooms are both very large and located at the back of the building and so are very quiet. they have quality beds with great quality linens and shutters to make the rooms dark, so you should have a good night's sleep. The master bedroom is great with lots of storage space and an ensuite shower room. The second double bedroom is also lovely. The family bathroom has marble tiles and has a shower over the bath.

If you want to treat yourself and live in the lap of luxury this Edinburgh Festival, then Queen Street is the home for you. It's fabulous!

During The Edinburgh Festival a whole month booking is preferred in this home.
