We're lucky to work with many wonderful owners of the homes we look after and this is no exception. The owner of North Castle Street's standards are very high indeed and every last detail has been thought through in this stunning home which is an oasis in the heart of the city. It's located just 100 m from George Street - so any keen shoppers will be in paradise. It doesn't get more central than this (don't worry the bedrooms are very quiet) and so the choice of great restaurants, bars and cafes on the doorstep is almost bewildering and there's a local supermarket within a couple of minutes walk too. The Honours, Martin Wishart's highly acclaimed restaurant, is a few doors away. You can walk everywhere from here and the tram runs on nearby Princes Street if you need to go to the airport.??

Luxury is an often overused word - but it is THE word to describe this beautiful home. It is truly luxurious - both in terms of the ambiance, the location, the sense of space and the quality of the furnishings and linens. Guests are going to have a great stay here and you have a sense of the luxury as soon as you open the front door.?

There are two private terraces - at the front east facing and back south and west facing and in this central location, that's a luxury too. You walk down a few steps to the front door, past a table and chairs which catch the morning sun. The living space has oak flooring and a bow end with three windows - meaning it's very light. It's decorated in soft attractive shades of grey and blue and there's comfy seating, a smart android TV with Freeview HD and Youview, interesting books on Edinburgh and a dining table to seat four. There's a Sonos soundbase. The sleek fully-equipped kitchen is at the back of the room and is perfect if you'd like to relax and cook at home. It has a wine fridge.?

In the spacious hallway, you'll find a desk and chair and cushions for the outdoor seating. There's a utility room too. The two bedrooms are both fabulous with great quality linens and as they are at the back of the building are totally quiet, so you'll have a great night's sleep. They both have plantation shutters, carpets and are decorated with Anta tartan cushions. The master bedroom has a well-appointed ensuite shower room and plenty of storage. A door leads from this room to the private, secluded south and west facing terrace which has a swing chair and sofa and chairs (all with comfy cushions.) The second double bedroom is also lovely and has a TV. The main bathroom has a shower over the bath.?

We're confident that guests are going to absolutely love this stylish home and feel delighted they booked it.? ?
