This Cumberland Street apartment is an enchanting main door apartment in Edinburgh’s Georgian New Town. You will feel right at home the moment you step through the door. Cumberland Street is a quiet street and is only a 10 minute walk to Princes Street. Close by on Dundas Street there are several local food shops, cafes, galleries and antique shops, as well as buses travelling across the city every 10 minutes. If the weather is nice you may like to walk to the Royal Botanical Gardens which is only minutes from the apartment.


As you walk into this homely apartment into the spacious hallway you will notice the sitting room on your left. This bright, cosy room has plenty of comfortable seating, a wonderful wood burning stove for those chilly evenings and a flat screen TV with freeview channels. Directly across the entrance hall is the second of the two double bedrooms, which is at the front of the apartment overlooking Cumberland Street. At the back of the apartment is another pretty double bedroom with ample storage for guests belongings. There is the galley kitchen which is fully equipped for your needs including a small breakfasting table. There is a family bathroom with bath & shower, as well as a separate WC.

Dickins Cancellation Policy

24 hour cool-off period
: Providing you book more than fourteen days before the start of your stay, you can cancel your booking within 24 hours of making it and we will refund 100% of any charges.

Cancelling after the booking is confirmed: Once a confirmation of booking has been issued to you via email by Dickins, you are responsible for the total price detailed. If you need to cancel, Dickins will try to relet the period for you and if they are successful, you will be reimbursed with the value of the relet less a pound;75 + VAT charge. If they are not able to relet the period, you will be responsible for the full rental cost. It may be a good idea to make sure you have travel insurance which covers cancellation.
