Immaculately presented and very comfortable, this is a superb, luxury home from home. It's located on the ground floor of a corner building on Royal Crescent. This is a great location as brilliant and popular Broughton Street is a few minutes walk away as is Dundas Street and Stockbridge. You can walk up to George Street and St Andrew Square in just over 10 minutes and so there's a great choice of local restaurants, shops and cafes nearby. You can easily walk to most city centre locations from here and buses are available on Dundas Street.

This home in located on the ground floor and there are high ceilings and Georgian features on this level. You enter into a lovely hallway with a stone flag floor. The sitting room is impressive and very well furnished and decorated with comfortable furniture, a TV and a dining table to seat six comfortably. Off this room there is a study. The kitchen is attractive with a pretty breakfasting kitchen under the window and it's well equipped for dining at home. There's a guest loo on the upper floor too.

Stone stairs lead to the quiet lower level where you'll find the master bedroom which is attractively decorated in a Japanese theme and a twin bedroom. There's also a shared bathroom with a shower over the bath.

Guests choosing this luxury home are sure to have a wonderful stay.

Home Truths

The owners of this home would prefer children staying here to be aged 10 or above.

This spacious home is over two floors and there are some stone stairs which any guest with mobility issues should be aware of.

There is a sofa bed in the study which would be available for an occasional guest but not to be used permanently.
