Dickins was born out of passion. We love Edinburgh, we're passionate about the Edinburgh Festival Fringe which takes place in the city every summer, we're delighted to be able to work with some of the stunning properties that exist here and we want to deliver the very best level of service we possible can.
Established by Louise Dickins in 1997, we developed the best reputation in Edinburgh for letting properties during the Edinburgh Festival Fringe held here in August each year. We now let special, hand-picked apartments and houses all year round from three days up to six months. Our properties have been chosen because they are unique, special, reflect Edinburgh and feel like a home from home. Special to us means things like style, architecture, history, views, location and atmosphere. It is our aim that our customers experience of Edinburgh will be enhanced because they are staying in a Dickins apartment.

Staying in one of our self catering properties not only allows you to feel a part of the life of Edinburgh, it is also much more cost effective than staying in a hotel, you will have much more space to call your own and freedom to eat and drink when you want to.
