Located on the first floor, this apartment has stunning high ceilings and fine period features. The beautiful sitting room has an elegant bow end, a floor length window and wonderful hard wood flooring. There is a dining table to seat six comfortably and a comfy sofa. The kitchen is off the sitting room and has a small table to seat four, a dishwasher, microwave and washing machine. The twin bedroom is a very spacious room with high ceilings, two floor length windows with views of elegant Georgian houses and a chaise longue for relaxing. The double bedroom is also a comfortable relaxing space. The bathroom has a feature stained glass window and there is a shower. This apartment also benefits from a sofa bed in one of the bedrooms to sleep a guest if required, as well as WIFI broadband for your use. This apartment is a joy to stay in, a really elegant home from home.

Drinking The Cambridge Bar More genteel than the neighbouring competition, The Oxford Bar, it has less atmosphere, but does serve a very good burger. Places of Interest The Georgian House 7 Charlotte Square. This beautiful house designed by Robert Adam is decorated and furnished as it would have been in 1796 and offers a unique insight into the Georgian splendours of Edinburgh. Shopping Stock Xchange A girl's heart may beat slightly faster in this quality shop selling high end pre owned clothes, shoes, accessories and some fabulous handbags by all the famous names, Gucci, Prada, Louise Vuitton etc. 5 Young Street. Small and cosy, this old New Town favourite is always packed full. Great selection of real ales and good hearty crowd and very good value filling lunches. There’s always a fire burning in the winter. Drinking The Oxford Bar Rebus's drinking haunt on Young Street is packed with Ian Rankin fans and locals alike. A must do stop off on an Edinburgh Literary Tour. Places of Interest Princes Street Gardens Central/West New Town
While in Edinburgh why not have a stroll through the picturesque Princes Street Gardens. In the summer you will see many people picnicking, taking a break from shopping and generally relaxing. While in the winter take a stroll in a ‘Winter Wonderland’ with ice-skating and funfairs. Princes Street garden is also a great venue and the famous Hogmanay Party boosts many famous musical acts performing in the gardens like Blondie, The Scissor Sisters and Texas to name but a few. These gardens are where the original stinking loch was drained at the time the New Town was built. This is the place to watch the amazing post festival fireworks display; surely one of the best in the world. Open til dusk.
