Located on a pretty cobbled street in the popular Stockbridge area of Edinburgh, home to some great restaurants, specialist shops and cafes and The Water of Leith Walkway and Inverleith Park are less than five minutes walk away. This studio is open plan but cleverly designed with lots of skylights and a small balcony giving it a wonderful sense of light and space. It is furnished in a modern, contemporary style. There is a double bed, a wardrobe which separate the sleeping area from the rest of the space with a washing machine inside and plenty of hanging space. The sitting area has a sofa (which can convert into a bed) and 2 easy chairs as well as a flatscreen TV, SKY and a DVD player. The modern shower room is tiled with mosaics and has a wet room style shower and the well designed chic kitchen has a built in coffee machine as well as the usual appliances. There's a dining table seating 4 comfortably. The apartment also has wireless broadband. |

The Botanic Gardens have one of most impressive collections of trees and plants in the world and is a gorgeous place to get lost in an while away a few hours. The glasshouses are where we Edinburgh folk used to go for a treat before the days of central heating! Not for the blood shy! This proper old style butcher has superb quality meat and game and you’re likely to hear some of the funniest chat you are to witness this year whilst waiting in the queue next to a dead pheasant or twenty. Good range of taxidermy too!
