The Commonwealth Pool is just a short distance away which has extensive leisure facilities, the Meadows are five minutes walk and Newington Road has the most frequent bus service, taking you to the city centre in 5 minutes. This lovely, bright terraced mews house over two levels offers great five bedroom accomodation which is modern and decorated in a tasteful manner. The open plan living/kitchen is bright and sunny having huge windows along the entire room. There is a TV, video and DVD provided for your entertainment needs. The kitchen is fully equipped with all modern conveniences including a dishwasher. There is a spiral staircase at the end of the hallway leading to the first floor. All three of the double bedrooms are South facing and benefit from a lovely open outlook. There are recently fitted bathrooms on each floor and both have showers.The two further bedrooms, one on each level, are both presented as single bedrooms and have queensize beds. There ia a private parking space accessed by remote controlled gate. Please note, during the Edinburgh Festival a whole month booking is preferred in this apartment.
