This top floor apartment is perfectly situated within easy walking distance of the major tourist attractions, festival venues, shops, University and nightlife our wonderful city has to offer. There are fantastic restaurants just opposite the apartment, including Barioja serving wonderful tapas or La Garrigue French bistro. This apartment is available for self catering & holiday lets, city & weekend breaks and the Festival. From £425/week? This apartment has been recently redecorated to a high standard and has some beautiful artwork and photographs of the city adorning the walls throughout the flat. It also benefits from wonderful views across the rooftops of the city towards Calton Hill and Arthurs Seat, which can be seen in full splendor from the roof terrace (accessed via the communal stairwell directly outside the apartment). There is one double bedroom and one twin bedroom. The good sized living room has a flat screen TV with freeview, DVD player and WIFI broadband for your use. The large kitchen has a dining area to seat four comfortably and there is a bathroom with bath and shower.
A cot and highchair can be provided on request. Please note, during the Edinburgh Festival a whole month booking is preferred in this apartment.
