Description

Situated on the ground floor with views towards Calton Hill and Arthur's Seat, this two bedroom self catering apartment has recently been refurbished and is charming, stylish and contemporary. It is only a couple of minutes from The Royal Botanic Gardens and there are shops and some great local cafes nearby as well at the wonderful Water of Leith walkway, which is a completely green oasis in the middle of the city. Buses are available for the five minute journey to Princes Street. This self catering apartment is available for holiday lets, short term & corporate lets and the Festival. From £425/week...

The apartment feels peaceful and homely. It has its own front door which opens onto the hallway. The sitting room has a lovely atmosphere, plenty of comfortable seating and a dining table in the window with a wonderful view of the Edinburgh skyline. The galley kitchen lies off the sitting room and is well-equipped, for those guests who prefer to cook at home. The master bedroom feels very pretty and sits quietly at the back of the apartment. It has an ensuite shower and wash hand basin. The second double bedroom is also charming and there is a family bathroom with a shower over the bath. WIFI is available for guests.

A wonderful, charming base for your stay in Edinburgh, whether it is for a holiday or a couple of months.
