| | | | Modern and stylish, this delightful two bedroom Edinburgh self catering apartment has the benefit of a secure garage parking space, lift access and wireless broadband. Its located in a brilliant city centre location on Brunswick Street only ten minutes walk from Princes Street. The famous Edinburgh deli Valvona and Crolla is just around the corner and excellent local shopping facilities are available on Leith Walk. There's a huge range of good restaurants around the Playhouse which is just around the corner too. Available for short term lets, self catering holiday lets and for the Edinburgh Festival from £500 per week....
The apartment building has a smart entrance hall with a lift. The apartment is on the first floor and comprises a lovely sitting room kitchen with a gorgeous L shaped suede sofa and some fabulous original artwork. There's a TV and DVD player and a dining table to seat 4 people. The kitchen is well designed and well equipped. The smart bathroom has limestone tiles and a good quality shower over the bath tub. The master bedroom is a large attractive room with fitted wardrobes and the second double bedroom also has fitted wardrobes.
The apartment has wireless broadband and the secure garage parking is in the basement of the building. There is also a shared roof terrace with great views over Edinburgh.
Over the Festival period a whole month booking is preferred in this apartment. |

We just love it! You are always guaranteed great over the top Italian service. Plenty to choose from on the menu, busy, ideal post/pre theatre spot. Don’t expect a quiet night as this restaurant which is very popular with birthday parties etc, but it all adds to the party atmosphere. One of the more famous venues in Edinburgh seating 3,000 people and hosting many different productions from musicals like Grease, Mamma Mia, Miss Saigon and My Fair Lady to performing artists like Katie Melua and George Benson. Playhouse also hosts the other popular shows like the Circus of Horrors and Horrible Histories. Places of Interest Calton Hill East end of Princes Street, Hillside
Calton Hill is a relatively easy walk, with the best breathtaking panoramic views of the city and a number of interesting follies and monuments to explore. The view down Princes Street is particularly impressive. All sorts of events take place here including Hogmanay, the summer solstice and other Pagan events which can be energetic and a spectacle, including dancers and fire eaters. It’s not advised to visit at night. Shopping Valvona and Crolla Elm Row, Hillside.
Valvona and Crolla is one of Edinburgh’s greatest institutions and a must do for ‘foodies’. Every single shelf is dripping with all sorts of delicious Italian produce and display fridges stuffed with authentic cheeses and meats. Well worth the visit but you may have sharp intake of breath when they tell you how much you owe at the counter! There’s a café attached to the shop serving great breakfasts and lunches. Award winning Italian wine selection.
