With plantation shutters, pops of colour and a sense of calm simplicity and quality - this really is a gorgeous home from home. Annandale Street on the East side of the New Town is so central. Brilliant Broughton Street with all its fun cafes, boutiques, restaurants and bars is five minutes away and Princes Street is just 15 minutes walk away too. Famous Italian deli, Valvona and Crolla, is a wander away for delicious fresh bread and coffee in the morning. The apartment benefits from a secure parking space and there are lots of buses available on nearby Leith Walk. 


There's something delightfully calm and quiet about this lovely, stylish flat. It's been thoughtfully furnished and equipped so you won't want for anything but there's no clutter either. The development was completed in 2017. The backdrop is plantation shutters and polished oak floorboards. The open plan living space is delightful with pops of colour. There are a couple of sofas, a dining table to seat four very comfortably and a well-equipped, stylish kitchen with all the usual appliances and a Nespresso machine. 


The master bedroom is stylish and very spacious with a large ensuite bathroom with a shower over the bath and a hand held shower too. The second double bedroom is also charming and both bedrooms have plenty of storage and there's a further shower room with a good quality shower. The entrance is wide and welcoming and there's a utility area with a washer dryer. 


We're confident that any guests who book 50/10 Annandale Street will feel delighted with their choice and really enjoy staying there.

Babies are welcome in this home, but there is no baby equipment available. The master bedroom is very spacious so there's easily space for a cot.

The owners would prefer children aged 8 and over.

Dickins Cancellation Policy

24 hour cool-off period: Providing you book more than fourteen days before the start of your stay, you can cancel your booking within 24 hours of making it and we will refund 100% of any charges.

Cancelling after the booking is confirmed: Once a confirmation of booking has been issued to you via email by Dickins, you are responsible for the total price detailed. If you need to cancel, Dickins will try to relet the period for you and if they are successful, you will be reimbursed with the value of the relet less a £75 + VAT reletting charge and any associated housekeeping costs. If they are not able to relet the period, you will be responsible for the full rental cost. It is a good idea to make sure you have travel insurance which covers cancellation.
