There's plenty of space in this apartment and as the two double bedrooms and bathrooms are located on different floors, it affords real privacy to anyone sharing the flat. Dowstairs there's an open plan sitting room with a TV which is open to the kitchen which has a dining table seating four and an american style fridge freezer with ice and water dispenser. There's a washing machine and tumble dryer and one double bedroom with a shower room on this floor too. Upstairs there's a second large double bedrooms with another bathroom with a free standing roll top bath and seperate shower. This apartment also benefits from WIFI, a shared patio area to the rear with table and chairs (shared only with one other apartment) as well as private parking in a secure underground garage. |
