This wonderful homely apartment can either be entered from Dundas Street or through the private garden on Cumberland Street Lane. The sitting room is a pretty, cosy room overlooking the garden and has a flat screen TV with freeview channels. There is also a door to the garden with patio area. The dining table in the sitting room seats six comfortably and the smart new kitchen is off the living area. It has a dishwasher and microwave. The two double bedrooms are located to the front of the apartment. The master bedroom has an ensuite shower room and the family bathroom has a bath with a shower.
