This lovely house is very well presented and seriously spacious with gorgeous high ceilings and a wealth of architectural features. The accommodation is over the first and second floors and the sitting room is vast and has a dining area in a L shape. There are three large sash windows overlooking Northumberland Street. The dining kitchen has a dishwasher. There are two bathrooms and five bedrooms; three double bedrooms, a twin and a single and therefore ideal for a family reunion or other Edinburgh get together. The ground floor of the house is used occasionally as an office by the owners, the rented accommodation is on the first and second floors. |
