Dundas Street is a popular New Town location with a number of local shops, cafes and restaurants close by. George Street is only a 5-10 minute walk away and there is a fantastic bus service which runs up Dundas Street to the city centre and on to the Old Town every 5-10 minutes. This self catering apartment is available for the Festival only. From £1,225/week or £3,675 for 4 weeks.... This top floor flat is spacious and comprises a large entrance hall, a fully equipped kitchen with dining table and includes a dishwasher, microwave, washing machine and tumble dryer. There is a very spacious sitting room which has a large dining table. There are 4 really good sized double bedrooms, a bathroom with bath and shower and a second separate bathroom with bath only. There is wireless broadband for your guest use also. Please note, this apartment is let to students year round.
