If you have an apartment which you like to use from time to time yourself, then short lets could be perfect for you as they offer you the flexibility to do that. All we ask is that you always keep us up to date with times you'll be using your apartments so that we can make sure the availability calendar on our website is always correct.
Short term letting requires more hands on involvement from owners with changeovers and making sure the apartment is immaculately presented, but Dickins can do as much or as little of this work on your behalf as you need us too. We have a trusted group of professional trades people who we can instruct to do work for you if the need arises. We do handle all the keys in the office so you don't need to worry about that, and we operate a 24 hour emergency helpline for customers too.
All our properties are located in the centre of Edinburgh within 15 minutes walk of Princes Street. Broadband is essential these days and parking will help in many instances as short let customers can't apply for a parking permit.
