Tenant Cancellation:
Once a confirmation of booking has been issued by Dickins the hirer is responsible for the total price detailed. If cancellation occurs once payment has been made the hirer will not be reimbursed unless Dickins are able to re-let the property, in which case the hirer will be reimbursed with the value of the re-let, less a re-letting administrative charge.

Owner Cancellation:
If an owner cancels any bookings an administration fee of £100 + VAT will be charged to the owner if duplicate bookings occur because the owner has not kept Dickins informed, or for any other cancellation once a booking has been confirmed. The owner shall indemnify Dickins of all claims, actions and expenses, including legal expenses, arising as a result of any cancellation once a booking has been confirmed in writing via email and letter. Furthermore, an owner who cancels a booking will be responsible for any loss of Dickins commission and any extra rent incurred to re-house their tenants. |
